Funny, I thought just the opposite. I thought the 57 looked cleaner than the 129. The corners I thought were about equal between the two books but there appeared more wear on the 129 than on the 57.

Black cover is a little tougher. I'm seeing a faint dogear on the LRFCC on the 57 along with a rounded URFCC and the readers crease along the right edge. IMO the black cover makes the flaws a little more obvious than the glorious urine-esque yellow of the ASM 129.

 

If we met in the middle and called them both 6.0 Id be good with it. Two killer books no doubt.
