Looks like some staining on the top edge of the BC as well?

 

Not staining. Looks to be dirt.

 

The bottom back isn't a water stain? Looks like it in the scan, but you'd know better with it in hand for sure.

 

Nope. Not water. Looks like some deep creases on the back.

Ah ok looked like water staining to me that is why I put a lower grade on it. Guess I was a little out. lol

I absent mindedly clicked on the spoiler before formulating a grade, but admittedly a tough one - I'd hate to run across that in a grading contest. Knowing that CGC probably made no deduction for the dust shadows, it's probably towards the top end of what a tear that size should allow for, and I would be reluctant to go that high, but not surprising.
