7.0 that tear on the back hurts as well as the dent and that weird color flake "gouge" on the BC. Assuming all the pages are there of course, and no work has been done, and maybe if that bottom staple isn't pulled to far into the cover at the spine you should be ok....

Was thinking as high as an 8.0 until I saw that thumbshaped tear on the back cover.

 

7.0 but it does present itself better than that through the front cover.
