What's the last book you regret not buying?

In the early 80's I collected the X-Men. Earliest number I had was #10. I couldn't talk myself into spending $20 on Hulk #181. I was also stepping over IF #14 to purchase #15.

There have been so many, where do I begin. Around 1994 I could have bought a Action 252 vf+ for 500, X-Men 1 fn- for 825, X-Men 4 vf- for 215 the list goes on and on

Far too many to remember and list. I usually didn't buy because I listened to others who said this isn't going to be worth anything. Or because it's just a side character.
