OAAW#83 would this book get a 1.5 with a press

I have a OAAW#83 with tape that wraps around front and back cover.

It also has tape in interior spine holding cover .

One piece of tape on interior front cover see horrible pics.

Would this book come back a Universal Blue or a Qualified Green

My wife went out of town with my camera and I used this ancient relic....and I photo shopped the pics as well, imagine what they would look like if I didnt....thanks for noticing

Definitely blue. I've never heard of green being given for tape -- if that's the problem here; hard to tell from the pics. Green is typically reserved for an otherwise higher grade book with a flaw like a popped staple or detached centerfold.

Believe it or not I purchased this book from a reputable dealer who had it priced in the cheapie section.....It was like an epiphany when I saw the book and then the price ( less then $10)

I would have bought it even if was priced accordingly, this book rarely comes around, especially north of the 49th parallel
