Kidding. I'd probably go with the obvious AF15 cover. Spidey's always been my favorite and even though Action 1 or TEC 27 would likely have more historical and monetary value I'm just not as attached to those characters.

 

And if I had to choose an interior page I'd choose Gwen's fall in 121. Historically significant in the saga of Spider-Man and encapsulates the drama and action perfectly.
