oakman29
That's awesome. The first Frazetta art I remember as a kid was Dark Kingdom. I got it as a puzzle. That Frazetta art is on a Molly Hatchet album.

wombat
Picked the first two up at the VCC from crassus. Got the other two on ebay. Grave Tales was a freebie. Never heard of it before. Edited July 9, 2016 by wombat

wombat
Went to Baltimore Comic Con yesterday. Biggest selection of magazines I have ever seen.
MK Ultra
Nice haul. I've picked up some of the penthouse comix here and there. Was that the only one they had? Are they getting more mainstream?
wombat
Nice haul. I've picked up some of the penthouse comix here and there. Was that the only one they had? Are they getting more mainstream? They didn't have many. I've been looking for that one in particular because it has a Frazetta cover.
cstojano
Curious if restoration and other issues that vex newbies like myself are relevant to the magazines like Creepy and Vampirella? Chris
oakman29
Curious if restoration and other issues that vex newbies like myself are relevant to the magazines like Creepy and Vampirella? Chris It's not really cost effective to press or restore a Creepy, Eerie, or Vampi book. Just the way I like it.
wombat
Lucked out and got in touch with someone getting ready to open up a shop locally who just acquired a nice magazine collection. Shop won't be open for a few months, but he was looking to move some books. While not high grade, that works for me. Keeps the price down. He had almost every issue of Creepy and Eerie plus a smattering of some other titles. Went with holes I had in my Frazetta collection first. I will probably end up picking up quite a it more in the next few months.
