Just because I haven't posted a thread in Comics General in a while that makes people go "Oh dear lord did we really need another post for this?"

Plastic Man would win after realizing that Veronica wasn't really into him and just trying to get up close and personal to exact her revenge. He'd have no problem tossing her into jail where Plastic Man is then confronted by and engages a new opponent.
