I have to admit I'd probly buy it for a dollar then after I sold it come back and give them half.

For one thing I'm never that lucky. If I just so happen to be smiled down upon by the comic gods I would buy it for whatever she was asking for it. After all I am human.

I'd buy it, sell it, then return and gloat about it to her that the comic she sold for a $1 I sold for $1,000,000

I would buy it and other stuff I didn't need to make them happy, and cherish the book with a story to tell my grandkids.

Wow! Funny thing - I just bought an Action Comics #1 at an antique store yesterday!

What would you do if a box was misdelivered to you and it was apparently lost in the mail for years and was a box of Action #1's. And the drug store it was addressed to was still in business.

I would probably way overpay for it, come here to gloat about my awesome score, then have some helpful person point out to me it's the famous first edition.
