Looks much better than a 1.8. Perhaps removing the glue, press (not sure if done), and resubmit.

 

I think its just a really nice presenting 1.8. Don't see any defects you could get rid of that could change the grade. Maybe cgc's mood on grading day could?

The purple 1.0 cover was glued to the 1st wrap. This book has an apparent minute amount which perhaps wasn't added to the book for restorative purposes. Perhaps it was a plod with glue and someone removed the glue other than the trace amount, pure speculation. Regardless very nice looking 1.8.

Would one example of glue improving the grade be that the cover is now attached to the book and or staple? Just asking.....not to derail the sales thread, it's a great looking book!
