All private collectors have numbered stickers on their slabs (as in the pic) :eyeroll:

 

So no buyer/seller activity in over a year. As a seller, mostly clothes sold and now a major GA key.

Actually, these photos are not taken from that heritage lot. It was sold in that lot, but these aren't the photos from that lot.

If there are different photos, and no one knows the purchaser off of Heritage, then there is little concrete evidence that the posting is more than alarm bells. (shrug)

Exactly. It's most likely a scam (I emailed him a few days ago asking about the history of the book and didn't get a response), but you can't say with 100% certainty, and honestly I don't really think eBay will pull the book (unless of course someone knows the actual owner, finds where the pics were stolen from, etc.).

If someone is listing a high dollar book and is not happily answering questions-100% scam.

If I was selling FF #1 I would answer any and every question posed to me including where I got it, what I was wearing on that day, and what my favorite color was.
