Which one would you choose, and why?

AF 15.

 

MUCH scarcer book, X-Men 1's are thick on the ground. All it takes is a pile of cash to snag one.

 

AF 15, on the other hand is seldom seen this nice, I'm thinking.

For that much, it should be possible to find nicer looking examples in those grades.

Neither, although a bit theoretical and too rich for me, anyway.

 

Fairly weak examples, presentation-wise.

For 70K, I'd pass on both.

 

If I had to spend 70K on either of the books, I'd say "no thanks" and buy 3 AF 15s in the 4.0-5.0 range. I'd look for copies that presented better relatively than the one listed does, with better PQ as well.
