Beautiful copy but based on overstreet the best grade with a loose cover (not completly detached) is 4.5 .

 

I dont know if CGC grades different ...

I believe it does. With a staple detachment it should probably grade 1.5 to 2 points less, so considered it looks like a nice midgrade copy, with the staple detachment I would not venture above to 5.0 and I would personally buy it as a 4.5.

 

But it’s very nice regardless. I would just destaple it, fix it and restaple it if it was my copy. lol
