I had no idea you could do this. So just putting -before any word excludes it from the search?

I believe it’s better to put two hypens (--) but yes, it’s always about operators when you type searches on most web engines.

I do the same thing when I look for books, but always include -variant, -cover, -digital. That easily knocks the search returns down by ⅓ or ½ if you're looking in the modern section.

I found some reddit discussion about this particular beanie, and it's still a bit confusing. I dug around some more and found

which is a video by the group selling the beanie, poking fun at modern art, and since this is the beanie he is wearing though out the video, it's quite meta.
