Not only is that strange, but the story sounds made up and has this feel of English being their second language or the message being the result of some translation software. I'd say the account is hacked and there's some kind of scam involved. Probably not necessarily involving a $4.99 comic, maybe they're trying to pad the eBay history without actually buying anything. Who knows, but I sense a scam.
