Most comparable recent sales I could find was for an 8.0 auctioned off on Hakes last year for $4111.25

 

The Hakes copy had a " small second moon " production flaw (near Robin's rope) that you can find on many 44s.

 

There was also the 8.5 that was auctioned off last year on Heritage that closed at 19K
