What percentage of the CGC census is ghosts?

It doesn't bother me if the book is cracked and the label kept with it. To me, that's not over-inflating the census. Yes, the book may not be in a CGC holder any more, but at least the census represents a unique book in that case (regardless of whether still slabbed or not).

 

Where I think it's important is with a re-sub. If the original label isn't returned, you end up with multiple census entries for the same book.
