Best casting of actor to superhero?

 

That's easy. All of them.

Doesn't matter who's playing who.

They all do a good job.

 

 

 

Hard to disagree. Both studios are knocking it out of the park since RDJ was picked for iron man. These movies are attracting seriously good talent

Halle Berry- Catwoman (I liked her costume though)

George Clooney- Batman

Ray Stevenson- The Punisher (you know something's bad when Dolf isn't on the list)

Josh Brolin-Jonah Hex

Ian Grufford- Mr. Fantastic (a little too uptight)

Miles Teller- Mr. Fantastic :facepalm:

Kate Mara- Sue Storm :facepalm:

Jaime Bell- :facepalm:

Nicolas Cage- Ghost Rider (watch Drive Angry instead)

That guy who plays Nightcrawler. Don't know who he is, but he totally sold the part.

When he was on screen I believed in mutants. Solid performance.

Ryan Reyonlds = Deadpool they couldn't have done any better.

 

Wesley Snipes - Blade - He is a bad, bad, man. This was before Marvel could make good movies.

 

RDJ - Iron Man - Perfection - His first flight at night was awesome and I hate Iron Man.

 

Heath Ledger - Joker - From start to finish a raving lunatic. I loved it.

 

Misses

 

Hugh Jackman - He just never appealed to the role like I thought he should. I prefer a runt with a cigar just me. More about honor, tradition, and act more like he had lived so long.

 

Eric Bana - Hulk - The whole movie nuff said.

 

Ultron - There take on Ultron I just didn't like.

Van Williams as the Green Hornet

Jack Nicholson as the Joker

100% agreed on Christopher Reeve as Superman - the recent superhero movies have really done a superb job for many of the characters but Reeve's Superman, and maybe even more so, his Clark Kent, were perfect.

 

Most of my bad ones were a result of awful movies and not really awful casting - Ryan Reynolds Green Lantern springs immediately to mind.
