Watched the first Superman movie today (not my fav, but still a great movie)...and was trying to pin point my favorite Superhero movie scene...and it came from that movie: We all know the scene...

 

Lois is in her car, when the ground opens up and swallows the car and her whole. Supes sees this, rushes to her car and tears off the door. He gets her out of the hole... yells.... and he is off around the world dozens of times to reverse time, all the while Brando is talking in his ear..... doesnt get much more powerful then that!!

Best moment is when he Kneels before Zod and then as Zod thinks he is going to kiss his hand crushes it and reveals he tricked him

When MJ leaves the alter and shows up at PP door and ask him,"So who's gonna save you?" They reconcile..then the sirens go off in the distance..he gives her that look...and classic MJ...."go gett'em Tiger"-that's mine.

 

What can I say-I'm a classic romantic.

As far as comic movies are concerned, this is my favorite moment as well... no question!

First Superman movie...

 

Pa Kent is fixing the flat on his pick-up truck while discussing why Ma can't keep the just found young Clark. The jack falls loose and as the truck starts falling on Pa, it stops. Both look over at a smiling Clark holding the truck up...

 

Runner-up...second Superman movie...

 

Superman arrives at the Daily Planet to confront General Zod and his goons who are generally making a mess of things and threatening everyone. He flys up to the window and says "General, would you care to step outside?"...

I loved the opening scene in X-Men #2 when Nightcrawler utterly kicks the [#@$%!!!] of the presidential security team to the dramatic operatic score. I never really found Nightcrawler that much of an interesting character before.

 

Also love the scene in that movie when Magneto rips the liquid metal from the guard who has been brutalizing him and uses it to make his escape from the plastic prison.
