Nice book, what's the grade? Looks to be a 7 or 8.0... hm

 

.....it has some staining at the bottom of the back cover that brought it down hard.....to a 7.0. It looks like an 8.0 otherwise with full gloss, blazing colors, and white cover stock. I think it might be the nicest 7.0 I've ever had. GOD BLESS....

Weird Mysteries 4 auction $2223 and buy it now/make offer cgc 4.0 went for $2350.

I paid $175 for a VG copy about a dozen years ago. This type of appreciation is better 'n Gold or Real Estate!

interesting thread on Overstreet Phantom Issues,

I didn't realize Beware's issue 15 was still considered MIA, I remember reading about this issue back

in the early 90's in TTTTT.

As you should be, if not for mountains of bids in the auctions (most of wish disintegrated by the final gavel) I would have jumped at that book.
