I have. Sometimes it happens when you exceed the daily bandwidth restrictions. It happened to me while I was running a sales thread, and it sucked.

I use tinypic.com, free service and have never had a problem.

Love this Burgos (I think) cover. There are only 3 ever graded higher than 5.5. I'd kill for a 6.5!
