It's got Zolnerowich penciled all over it. Put a space ship in the background, and a tomahawk in the lion's paw, and you've nearly got Planet #14...

 

--> compare the line shadowing on the girls', umm, upper leg area

--> compare the dates: Jumbo #30, Aug. 1941; Planet #14, Sept. 1941

--> compare the lions' claws

--> compare the rendering of the girls' left hands

 

I'll stop with the now.
