Did he really put a value of $5 on a CGC 9.6 SS 2nd print? Wow.

 

I couldn't believe that either. The guy is trying to get over on people like they have no clue of what kind of books they have. I had to check over some old messages to make sure I've never purchased from him nor will I ever.

Ya know, for all the grief g-man gets around here, at least he's up-front about it.

 

And not pulling these "snake-oil salesman, huckster" type scams, just to make a little more money, all the while, not realizing his name and rep are pretty much thrashed beyond repair. Fwiw, two books I had wanted to buy in GI's current thread are evidently over-graded, price-inflated copies that he'd recently purchased in a $10 thread. We're sorting it out via PM, I think in a manner that will save him grace on those transactions.

Wow, this seeminly innocent post from the copper section, just 3 days ago, sure puts things in a "new" light when it comes to our new favorite scuzz-ball.
