While I find the tournament fun to both participate and watch, I wonder if we couldn't add a little something to it after we are down to 16 or 8 players. A little side game for the rest of us who are out (and even the surviving contestants)... perhaps a book to grade with a tiebreaker of picking a number from 1-100 or something. Might be kind of fun for next year-- and I only suggest this as little tweak to keep the participation levels up from the earlier rounds.

Sorry if this is an old idea or was suggested before. I've seen side games add more fun to the other contests here.
