On the fence about selling this one. 3rd highest graded behind two 7.0's and one 7.5 Three in 6.5. I Submitted this one raw a few months ago. Only one recent sale of a 4.0 for $375

Spirt 22 3.0 CGC, Off white pages. Classic Will Eisner cover. This book as been on the move up. If I didn't have a 4.0 already there no way I would sell this one. Looks much better then a 3.0.

Really nice looking book. Looks much better then 5.5 Theres a ripple along the spine that I think borough the grade down. Nice page quality though.
