THREE RING COMICS No. 3, September 1946 Toronto – Century Publishing Company. Saddle stapled. 48pp.

 

About : A rare comic produced for sale in the UK by the Canadian publishing company Century, probably as a way of selling off remaindered copies of their Canadian comics. The front cover was a modified version of the Shield cover for Pep Comic No. 22, amended for a British audience. and the comic was distributed in the UK by Streamlined Books Ltd. of London. It contained unsold copies of a funny animals comic, title unknown, published by Century but didn’t sell well in the UK; most copies were probably pulped and very few exist today.  Very scarce, only one copy noted in the CGC census.
