No crazy data to go on except these GPA and census notes:

This is the only 9.8 s/s on census, out of only 5 copies ever sub'd for grading.

There is only on 9.8 in blue universal.  Under copies after that start at 9.4

There was one copy ever sold, a yellow in 9.4 back in 2015
