Isn't that just the greatest emoticon ever? It can mean so little, or so much. And many people think they know what someone means when they post it, or what it's in response to, but most of the time, they're almost certainly wrong. I think that's the best part about it: it reveals presumption.

You never really know what someone is trying to say with it.
