The second, Arthur Adams version.

Also, it looks like it's in mintier condition, lacking obvious creases and fading.

Easy to get a nicer copy of item A.

I like cover A for the nostalgia.

I like Cover B  for the wonderful drawings of the pre-code monsters; in particular Diablo and Taboo!

I don't know anything about good or bad art, or what constitutes talent of either, or how to determine the good from the not good covers of comics.

But, I immediately liked B. A does not have the appearance of 6 most savage foes, to me, and Hulk in A does not look ready to take on anything except first graders.
