If one took it and didn't like it, he can pass, and then it's still available for purchase.

 

All books for sale are listed in my (third?) post in this thread.  All books sold, are marked in that same post. I'll try to edit that same post so all books listed will be together with the prices.  Again, sorry for the hassle.
