Curious as to the grade on this one.  Nice looking front cover, but some spine issues, and a few tears etc.  Note on the last pic there is a horizontal tear that's a little hard to spot in the middle of the back cover.

With all the tears on the back cover few on the front, spine splits, top piece missing, few water spots and general wear I'm going with a 2.5

Hard to tell how much spine is split.  At least 2.0 though.

2.5, looks to have some color touch on the spine.  Hard to tell..

The graders on here should take the CGC grading test. This book is in the Good range for me as well.

Front looks great! That is a long rip on the back tho... combined with general wear I'll say a straight 2.0.

My guess is 2.5 or a 3.  Nice book. I need one! Have a nice reprint without the record.

2.0-2.5 for me ... can you provide a detailed pic of the spot on the spine where Dark Knight indicated there may be color touch?
