PGM - Amazing Spider-man 14 0

Hi -

Looking for the thoughts/opinions of all on where this AMS 14 will land if I move forward with grading. Where I have uncertainty is with some interior staining. There is slight staining at the top approximate center of each page (does not appear to be on the cover). A photos of this is included. And on pages 3 and 5, the bottom corner shows staining (this staining does not show on page 1 or 7). I have included photos of the corner of pages 1, 3, and 5.

Presents like a 6.0 but will go 5.0ish because of interior staining. Looks like someone might have been enjoying a refreshment while reading?

5.5 seems about right...

Those stains on the inside are the only thing keeping me from saying it would come back much higher than 5.5. This honestly compares with some of the 7.0 covers I've seen of this book.

Crying while reading. 5.5 at best.

The FC overhang crinkling keeps it at a 4.0 - 4.5 range for me.
