Over the past two weeks, I won four different lot auctions on eBay, all from the same seller. Amazingly, I was the sole bidder on each of these four auctions. In total, I paid $245.62 - that includes shipping - for 84 books across all four lot auctions, or a little less than $3 per book. I identified 36 "keepers" for my own collection (some much more valuable than others) - so I guess you could actually say I spent $245 on 36 books, or just under $7 per comic. I do plan to sell the other 48 remaining books to recoup some of my costs and drive down the overall expense though. Actually, I should post this here, as it is back from cgc through a facilitator.... I paid for this back in 2019.... It wasn't signed until 2021. The facilitator made it right with funds, and also added Snyder to the signing... On my phone the pic was small and the coffee cup looked like a beat up vegetable can I didn't see the handle, and the scuffs at the top made it look like a old labeled "tin can!"
