Wonder why they didn't recognize the Byrne signature on the second book cover? Could it be they suspected it wasn't authentic? The signatures on the inside wouldn't necessarily mean it gets a green label. I have a couple of blue label slabs with inner sigs notated on label. The Byrne was prior to CGC. Most of the time the use "name written on cover" every now and then you will get some they consider legible and actually spell it out. I agree on the signatures on the inside. I would have been fine either way as long as they actually noted them. The one I am the most concerned is the double cover that they completely ignored.
