Unfortunately, the guys friend passed away and his wife asked him to sell the comics. He has perfect feedback and solid references (even a guy who bought an AF15 from Florida who I contacted). I did my due diligence before buying from him. He has a FF 1 for sale and a Hulk 1 for sale that are pretty nice I get the JIM 83 on Monday!
