Hulk 120 CGC 9.4 White pages Hulk 147 CGC 9.4 White pages Hulk 148 CGC 9.4 White pages Captain Marvel 31 CGC 9.6 White pages with a siamese page The Hulk 147 and 148 qualify as picture frame books.
