I  have  six   1970's  paperback   comic book reprints,  all  DC,  all  solid  shape,   all   from  Tempo  Books,   with  consecutive inventory  numbers
beginning  with 14530, ending with 14535.

I'll  try  them  as  a  lot  first,   and if  it doesn't  sell  I'll  break  them  up.

Tomorrow's lunch  is  1960's  paperbacks,  Marvel  and  DC  reprints.

Well,  the  cover  doesn't  show it,  but   the  main story is  about   Abbot  and Costello  as  Space  Men. Twenty five  pages  of  A and C
fighting  robots,   space  dragons,  evil geniuses,  aliens  and  one  Femme  Fatale.   I  DO  like  the  bit  when they   drive  the space
ship  with a steering  wheel, 

Spine  roll,  general  wear,   small  tears,  dogears,  etc. Good  gloss,   cover is  tight,  white  pages.  but  centerfold is loose  at lower  staple  
with  a  small  tear.+9

Here's  a  little  gem  with  a couple  flaws worth mentioning.    

Teensy   chip  out  upper  edge  BC,   1/4"   tear  upper edge  FC,   1/2":  tear   RH  edge    FC.  light dust shadow lower  edge  BC,  bit of general wear.  Flat,   clean,   glossy, 
tight  spine  and  CF,   white  pages.

1945  giveaway  by  Katy Keene  artist  Bill  Woggon.   Without  any  internal  evidence  but  the  1945 date,  no  way of  telling 
which  came  first,    Wilbur  5  was  dated  1945 too.  Certainly  both are  cut  from  the  same  cloth.   Printed  on   much  better  
paper  stock  than newsprint,   pages  are  bright  white.   28 pages   total,  and  they're all numbered,  so   book  is  complete. 

Large  tear  LH  edge  FC,   sealed  back  up. Chipping,  small  stains,  lower   RH  FC. Flat  and  tight. 

Grab  a  Bill Woggon oddity for $25  SOLD!

Walt Disney's  Pinocchio 

Subtitle  on   title   page  "with pictures  to  color"

Oversize, barely fits on the  scanner bed. 

Nice  Whitman  1939  black  and  white  story book  with  large   character  drawings  each  page,   along  with  text story. 
Forty eight  pages   b&w  plus   color  cover,  and  the  interior is untouched,  no  markings  anywhere.
FC is  nice,  BC has  numerous light  stains/foxing.
Tight  with offwhite  pages.

Tales Of  Suspense 3

That's  a  whoooole  lot  of   flying  saucers!

Split  lower  spine,    long  tear  (most of the page)  along  spine   first  wrap,  doesn't  touch  the  art,  small  corners  off   RH  edge FC,  pulled  upper  staple  on CF, 
chipping  RH  edge  FC,   plenty of general wear.   And yet  with all that,  it  still  displays  quite  nicely. White pages.

Grab  something  a  hair  better  than  a  rough  reader  for  $120
