Been  a  bit  damp  at  one time or another,   lower  staple  is  rusty  with  a  bit of migration, RH  and lower  edge  have   light  stains   on covers  and  interior, 
with  chipping here  and  there.   Otherwise  flat  and  clean  enough, with just a hint of  wrinkle  FC.  Tight  interior  with offwhite  pages. 
A step  above  reader,  but not  two  steps,
