My favorite John Byrne and Marshall Rogers art has Terry Austin as their inker. Terry Austin does excellent pencils on his own, but mainly the occasional cover. I would guess he just figured 22 pages of pencils is not something he could make a deadline on? I assume pencils pay way better than inking? The Less Blob
Anyway, it's nice Sinnott had this gig for the last few decades. I assume it didn't pay much, but if the guy still had it in him to do a strip a day, why not? Probably helped pay his medigap insurance or whatever. And stan lee had been writing it up until its death? 42 years of that strip!
MyThreeSons
It’s good to hear he will still be going to Cons. Always a pleasure to speak with him at Albany comic con
Cushing Fan
I saw a posting online that the cartoonist of MUTTS had asked Joe Sinnott to ink his cartoon being featured this past Sunday. If you haven't seen it, here is the cartoon - a nice tribute to Joe Sinnott and his work on Fantastic Four. ADAMANTIUM
Mercury Man
I have only a few signatures, but this is one of my favorites, on a 12 x 18 print. Good ol' Joe.
Cushing Fan
Does anyone know the next convention Joe Sinnott will be at and if there will be any CGC witnesses there?
