Minus 20 dollar reholder fee. 

More concerning is less buyers: why would I buy one in a cracked case if I can get the same grade book in a non cracked case?

You might consider a reholder if the book has significant value or you have trouble selling.

Cracks are an unfortunate reality of cgc holders but better the holder be damaged than comic, right?

 

Yes, a major crack that is easily noticed on the cgc label will reduce the value to potential buyers.

It's best to reholder for $20. Cracks can get worse and potentially damage the comic.
