So the last real high grade AC 1 was the other 8.5 in 2018. Then there was the rocket stamp 6.0 two years back.

I believe this was the first comic book to break 1 million when sold?

 

so this was the special surprise I was being alerted to about by Herotage.

 

prediction. 5.7 to 6.3 million.

I’m basing that off of the 3.4 million 6.0 sale

Oh! Yeah the other 8.5 that sold in 2018 looks nicer no doubt, at least to the eyes of this beholder. 

 I know it's all a matter of perspective but going back 14 years when it sold for ONE MILLION DOLLARS and going back 6 years when the other 8.5 sold for 2 million I think it would have been realistic to believe the book will go up in value. At this point not sure if it's realistic to believe that if one were to pay 5 or 6 million for it that it will go up much more than that at least in "our lifetimes" at least. Whatever, awesome book. I too can't wait to watch it unfold live.
