Superman is an alien and always will be. Plus he is somewhat tainted by Lois and Jimmy as just comical cohorts with not much use.

Batman for me is almost double the character.

And also the pulp feel and transitioning into comics has merit for legitimately claiming the throne.

I totally agree. Batman is the greatest hero of all time.  

But I still think AC1 would command more than the Tec27. It's the most iconic book in the hobby.
