This is Kitchen Sink Press's 1996 catalog, featuring the cover of Black Hole #2 here on the front, and various spinoff material from The Crow on the back. Threeish small spine ticks on this one, which is about as good as I expect any of these to come. Really happy with the press upgrade (7.0 to 9.2!) you can see the whole layout and what issue got pressed as well as previous scans , etc here..
