Most ridiculous comic panels of all time?

I do not have the panel but it was from the 70's. Batman was in a shark tank trying to save someone in a wheelchair who had been pushed in. He grabbed the wheelchair under the water and used it to smash the aquarium glass instead of just swimming to the surface. I understand that physics and comics do not go together but even as I kid I could understand water resistance and Newton’s Laws to understand that no one could generate enough force underwater to smash thick aquarium glass with a wheelchair.

Classic X-Men backup story.

Misty Knight.

John Bolton art, I think.

Also sounds similar to Batman 251.

But his method is escape is just ridiculous. But thanks for finding the issue.

The rest of the issue is significant Bronze Age material, characterisation and art-wise.

The shark sequence has been mocked frequently.

This is part of why I hate the joker character so much.  Everyone imitates the joker.  Luthor in batman v superman was a Joker clone.  He even ended up in arkham asylum.
Luthor was NOTHING like the Joker.  He didnt 'giggle' and do things just to create chaos.
Its all so bloody stupid.
