Thuat To
Hi everyone! This is my first post on the forums so if I seem like a newbie, I am! I have 5 copies of the Amazing Spider-Man #361 and am looking to submit them to CGC for grading. Below is the first copy I have. Would you also opine on if pressing would be beneficial and if yes, what do you think the improved grade would be? Thanks!

theCapraAegagrus
I'm not seeing any obvious reasons to press. 9.4+ IMO.
Foley
Small stress front cover at the bottom staple, but I'm not sure if it's production related. Even with that, I agree with the 9.4s and also see no obvious reasons to press. You could always have it screened to see if there would be the potential for improvement with a press. SkOw
9.4. Staple issue like one of the other copies.
Thuat To
I figured since you guys took the time to respond, I will let you know the results. I sent this book, along with 4 other copies, into the Mark Bagley CGC signing in 2020. I had him sign and remarque on all and also had CCS press. 9.8 across the board! grendelbo and timfinz
Geoff2099
I am shocked that you got a 9.8. I thought that bottom right front cover tear would be an issue. Guess they considered it bindery.

So I'm assuming that's a print defect?

I think they might be referring to the "staple tear" on the bottom staple, which is common on this book. I believe it is a production flaw same as the "grabber tear" on the back, bottom in the red square "New From" area. Beautiful copies and conragtulations! Geoff2099
That was indeed what I referring to; I didn't realize it was a production defect (but I did say they must have considered it bindery, so CGC must know about this issue).
