I’m thinking of buying this book seller is asking 1,200 is that a good deal? I’m thinking the grade is 4 maybe. White to off white pages

I'd guess 3.5 as shown.

Look at eBay sold listings or the auction sites etc to see recent sales for 3.0-4.0 copies.

That book always seems to be trading hands so hopefully you can find recent sales.   Then u have to consider if you're taking a bit of a chance buying raw for a price near current slabbed prices since you don't know the eventual grade

I feel that 3.5 would be a more accurate grade.
