Ridiculous asking price that's why. Initial asking price 100K. What to do when listed for months on end and no sale? Increase asking price to 125K

I though the same thing when I first looked at it.  Now all I can do is stare at that corner.

I would love to own that copy, regardless of the piece out bottom corner. But that's just me.

It's a nice looking book, but what a shame.
