I believe this comic to be in Fine/Very Fine condition, or better.  There is very light blunting of the spine corners, as well as a small number of spine stress creases/tics…with a few that barely break the ink.  The front cover shows a very small tear in the upper page edge to the right of the Marvel logo, a small bend crease of the lower right corner, and light soiling or ink transfers near the staples.
