Unfortunately due to logistical issues card savers cannot be returned. They are often cut open to more safely remove cards as well.

Its odd how much that makes sense that they are cut open but I never really thought of that.  Just thought all graders were Expert card puller outers :D

Do they get recycled or sent to companies like BCW or Ultra-Pro for them to recycle and create new product?

Sometimes they're too tight, and the safest thing to do is break out the scissors! :)

Yes, all of the CCG companies recycle as much as possible!
