Anyone with millions of dollars to buy those books isn't meeting someone in a parking lot.

the detective comics 27 he has in the 1st picture and the closeup look very different in the closeup you can see damage in the left spine but in the 1st pic thats not there.

also the batman 1 is different the number 1 in the 1st pic has a different type of number 1 than the one he shows in the closeups.
